By using this website or submitting an inquiry to Pak Empire Industry, you agree to the following business terms:
1. Inquiries & Quotations
All prices provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the specific quantities and materials requested; changes to specifications may result in price adjustments.
2. Custom Manufacturing
As a B2B manufacturer, we produce goods based on customer specifications.
Samples: We recommend ordering a physical sample before bulk production. Sample costs and shipping are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Tolerance: A standard manufacturing tolerance of +/- 5% on dimensions and color shades is acceptable due to the nature of textile and leather dyeing.
3. Payment Terms
For new B2B clients, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.
Payments are accepted via Bank Wire (T/T), Western Union, or other methods confirmed by our official accounts department.
4. Shipping & Lead Times
Lead times start only after the deposit is received and all design mockups are approved.
FOB/CIF: All shipments are sent from Sialkot, Pakistan. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carrier issues.
5. Returns & Claims
Custom Goods: Since items are manufactured to your specific brand/design, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Defects: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
6. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own the rights to any logos or designs provided to us for production. Pak Empire Industry is not liable for trademark infringements provided by the customer.
